Always wash your hands
It may sound so basic, but washing your hands prevents the spreading of infections and reduces your chances of vomiting, food poisoning, diarrhea, etc.
Drink bottled water
You can’t expect the city/country you’re visiting to have the same quality of water that you have in your country, so it’s safer to drink bottled water instead.
Rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer
Running water isn’t always available, so whenever you can’t find one, rubbing alcohol or a hand sanitizer will do the trick.
Watch what you eat
One of the biggest causes of traveler’s gastrointestinal problems is food contamination, so be careful with the food you eat.

Try and maintain a healthy lifestyle. By doing some basic exercise to still keep you fit and healthy even during traveling.
Protect yourself against the sun
Don’t forget to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, and water to keep you safe when you’re out to enjoy the sun.

Before you leave for your destination, make sure you know if the place you’re going to. Always consider high risk for covid-19, malaria or dengue. Get vaccinated for extra protection.
